Regional Advocacy for Myanmar (RA4M)
RA4M is a secretariat consisting of refugee groups and community-based organizations that are ably supported by a network of different Malaysian and regional CSOs such as Beyond Borders Malaysia, Muslim Aid, ASEAN Parliamentarians for Human Rights (APHR), Asia Justice and Rights (AJAR), Asia Pacific Refugee Rights Network (APPRN), Geutanyoe Aceh and Cross Cultural Foundation (CrCF).
This secretariat was formed on 8 September 2024 to monitor the ongoing conflict in Myanmar, organize political campaigns to pressure Myanmar to stop targeting civilians, encourage ASEAN lawmakers to raise crucial issues in respective Parliaments, and respond to the ongoing violence.
